Mario Valdez is new to the Vivid team, but he’s no stranger to the region — he’s from Vacaville and serves his real estate clients’ needs in the Sacramento Valley.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in animal science and management at the University of California, Davis, Mario started a farrier practice, caring for horses in Solano and Yolo counties. He credits that experience for honing his skills in customer service, client communication, and time management, along with meeting the professional demands of running a business.
“The tenacity and grit that it takes to be successful drives me to thrive in real estate,” he says.
As a first-generation college student, Mario dedicated himself to a relentless work ethic and constantly strove for excellence, and he thanks his honesty and integrity for driving him to where he is today. For Mario, being bilingual in English and Spanish is invaluable for expanding his network of clients, be they first-time buyers or seasoned sellers.
Away from work, Mario is a skilled volunteer for a nonprofit rural veterinary service. On his own time, he enjoys horseback riding and being a buddy to his dog.
